Registration fees

The conference fee (full or student fare) includes: full access to the conference, conference materials, proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome cocktail and conference dinner.The fee for accompanying persons includes conference dinner and a guided tour of Clermont-Ferrand (to be confirmed, might be another activity).

For cancellations made by 2017/12/31, your registration fee will be refunded less a 15% cancellation fee.For cancellations made by 2018/02/14, your registration fee will be refunded less a 50% cancellation fee.No refunds will be given for cancellations made after 2018/02/14.
