Financial support for delegates

The Conference organizing committee is currently seeking more sponsorship to provide support to delegates, mainly from developing countries. We will be able to contribute to the cost of attendance of a limited number of delegates, depending on the funds available.

To apply for support, please:

- submit an abstract (oral communication or poster). This abstract will go through the normal selection process by the Scientific committee. Only applicants whose abstracts are selected will be considered for support.

- send an email (to , Subject : Request for support) indicating the reasons why you are willing to attend the conference. If possible, please indicate the level of support that would ensure your participation (registration fees, registration fees + flight ticket, full coverage of the costs).

You may also try contacting your local embassy or if you are a university registered student, contact your student support team for advice.
