16th Weurman Flavour Research Symposium

May 4-6, 2021 Online event (Live and On-demand)

Practical information

The symposium is an 100% Online event (Live and On-demand).

Registration for the Online symposium is open. Preferred payment by Credit Card. All the participants have to register: credential (login and password) to the Online website only obtained after full payment of the registration fees.

The programme will consist of oral presentations (15 minutes, live or pre-recorded), flash-poster presentations (5 minutes, pre-recorded) at the beginning of each poster session, 4 workshops with required pre-registration (included in registration fees). For poster presentation, in addition to a required PDF file of the poster (no imposed format and size, should be optimized for computer screen viewing), authors will have the possibility to send a 3 minutes pre-recorded PowerPoint video to present the poster. The PDF and the possible recording will be made available on a dedicated poster page continuously accessible during the symposium. Live Q&A will be possible during dedicated poster sessions. Therefore, we kindly ask the authors to be available during their dedicated poster session. A contact form will be also at disposal of the participants on each poster page to send questions directly to the authors.

All the presentations (oral, flash-poster and poster) will be available On-demand for all the registered attendees for at least one month after the event (availability at the end of each day for oral presentations).
