Receipt and selection of abstracts

Abstracts should be sent to iswa2020call@gmail.com (please use the downloadable submission form).
The convenors of the targeted workshop will decide on the relevance of the proposal. The decision addressed to the authors may be :

  • acceptance for a long communication with an oral presentation in the worshop
  • acceptance for an extented abstract with poster
  • justified refusal

Note - The convenors keep the right to propose to the authors a change of workshop if it seems more coherent to them.

Writing papers (long paper, extented abstracts)

See "Guidelines for authors" downloadable below for a long paper or an extended abstract.

Note - Proposals that did not comply with the instructions to authors will not be accepted. In addition, authors are expressly asked to guarantee a good quality of English.

Online Publication, Proceedings

Accepted papers will be published on the conference website with reserved access for participants before the conference.
In a second step, with the authorization of all the authors of each communication, the texts will be freely accessible on the website of Symposium, section Proceedings. A "CC BY" license will be applied allowing authors to keep their rights

Note - if the authors wish to submit their contribution to a scientific journal after the Symposium, they should mention that their text was the subject of a paper at the Symposium and add a link to the website of ISWA.
